LeBron James Could Miss Several Games After Entering COVID-19 Protocols
LeBron James is expected to miss several games after being listed in the Los Angeles Lakers' COVID-19 health and safety protocols.
Shams Charania of The Athletic first reported that the NBA star will sit out of tonight's game against the Sacramento Kings as he enters protocol, however ESPN Senior NBA Insider Adrian Wojnarowski revealed that James might miss at least 10 days. "Players with positive Covid cases must be out a minimum of 10 days," he tweeted, adding, "Players with Covid must be out 10 days, or return two negative PCR tests in a 24 hour period. For now, James will remain in the health and safety protocols."
If James is unable to return two negative PCR tests in a 24-hour period, he will likely miss around four or five games.
Stay tuned for more updates on James' condition.
