If your body — and by body, we specifically mean libido — isn't quite what is used to be since having a child, well first, don't beat yourself up!

You just had a child! It's no wonder you're operating on a different level.

But even so, "The Doctors" alum Dr. Lisa Masterson understands your struggle and she has some inspirational words for you.

"The beautiful thing with libido is that it can come back!" says Dr. Lisa.

Well, three cheers for that!

And trust: it's probably not just one thing that's making it hard for you to, well, get going.

"You have to look at your partner, your self-image, how you look at your body — all that goes into how you feel about sex," says Dr. Lisa. "It would be great if we had a little blue pill just like the guys, but we're a little bit more complicated!"

Still, if you feel like something's off, the doc says there's no harm in "[talking] with your doctor… Get a good exam to make sure there isn't anything that needs to be fixed, because sometimes there does need to be a little mommy makeover afterwards."

But rest assured: "You should be able to go back to normal," she says, "and that's the beautiful thing."

Beautiful, indeed, ladies!
