These days, pumpkin season starts in mid-August, so it can be hard to stand out in the gourd-flavored crowd. But the folks at Sam's Club are doing their best with a fall-flavored snack that shoppers are loving: Member's Mark Pumpkin Pie Spice White Chocolate Pecans.

The creator behind the account @samsclubsupersavings taste-tested them for her grid, commenting that they're "huge" before taking a bite.

"Oh my gosh," she said. "I don’t care if it is 100 degrees. I don’t care if the thought of fall is just not at all in your mind right now. Grab a bag of these, and you’ll thank me."

In the caption, the creator hailed the Pumpkin Pie Spice White Chocolate Pecans a "must add to cart item."

And we understand the excitement. The Member's Mark Pumpkin Pie Spice White Chocolate Pecans are a celebration of fall in a gigantic bag 17-once bag. The roasted pecans are covered in white chocolate spiced up with cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and cloves. A bag of the limited-time snack costs $9.98, or $0.59 per ounce.

Commenters on @samsclubsupersavings were excited to give the candy-coated nuts a taste test, too.

"Yummmmmmm — need to find these," wrote one.

Others already had found them and were so happy they did. They've found their go-to fall snack.

"The pumpkin spice is very prominent and oh-so-good," said someone else. "I like that the package has a resealable top so you can get a few out, then seal it up and keep them fresh."

One happy snacker on the Sam's Club website summed things up pretty well, calling the pecans "delicious morsels of joy."

However, others say their loved ones' opinions on the Member's Mark Pumpkin Pie Spice White Chocolate were more of a mixed bag.

"These got mixed reviews from the family," one reviewer wrote. "The pumpkin spice flavor was spot on. The pecans were big and of good quality. The overall thought was these were just too sweet. The chocolate coating was thick and stayed on the pecan well. It was just too much — not really a snack item like you would think. Even my boy...didn’t want too many [because of] the sweetness. Whaaaa??!!"
