Lindsay Lohan Addresses Possibility of Another Pregnancy
Lindsay Lohan
Lindsay Lohan is thinking ahead to the future.
The Freaky Friday star opened up about her plans for a second child with husband Bader Shammas during a recent episode of The Drew Barrymore Show.
While chatting with host Drew Barrymore, the Herbie actress admitted she "of course" wants her son Luai, whom she gave birth to last summer, to have a sibling.
"I want another," Lohan said while laughing after being asked by the Charlie's Angels star if she was planning for baby No. 2. "Yes, of course, yeah. Because I was lucky enough to have a sibling, so I want Luai to have that."
Just days ago, actually, the former child star stepped out on the red carpet with her siblings, sister Aliana and brother Dakota, for the New York premiere of her new film, Irish Wish. The trio also has an additional brother, Michael Lohan Jr., who did not attend the event.
But while the 37-year-old alluded to definitely wanting to have more children of her own, she didn't specify or provide any clues as to when a second pregnancy would potentially be planned (or not necessarily "planned") for. However, she did recall "getting worried" over carrying a baby at her age. "It's scary," she admitted. Your mind just goes nuts."
Much like her latest movie, though, having a baby was just a "wish" while she was filming the Netflix rom-com alongside her bestie-turned-costar and godmother of her son, Ayesha Curry.
"I was telling Ayesha when we were filming, 'I really wanna have kids soon,'" she told Barrymore. "It sounds cheesy, but I kept like wishing it and manifesting and praying on it. It happened pretty quickly after."
The Parent Trap actress tied the knot with Shammas, who also supported his wife at the recent premiere in April 2022.
Irish Wish drops on the streamer on Friday, March 15.
