Lindsay Lohan and Husband Bader Shammas Welcome First Child Together
Lindsay Lohan is officially a mom!
The 37-year-old Mean Girls actress gave birth to her beautiful baby boy in July, and, according to TMZ, she named her newborn Luai Shammas. It's said the new addition's moniker means "shield" or "protector" in Arabic.
Per the outlet, Lohan gave birth in Dubai on Monday, with her rep noting, "The family is over the moon in love."
Lohan first announced she was pregnant on March 14, 2023, when she posted a photo of a onesie that read "Coming Soon..." on her Instagram.
"We are blessed and excited," she also wrote in the caption.
The actress shares her newborn baby with her husband, financier Bader Shammas, whom she married last July after he popped the question in November 2021.
"I am the luckiest woman in the world. Not because I need a man, but because he found me and knew that I wanted to find happiness and grace, all at the same time," she wrote on social media at the time. "I am stunned that this is my husband. My life and my everything. ??every woman should feel like this everyday ????."
The couple first sparked dating rumors in 2020, but, it's unclear how the duo met as Lohan tends to keep her private life under wraps these days.
Nonetheless, Lohan did give fans a glimpse into her pregnancy journey, sharing several snaps from the nursery she built for little Luai.
Regarding the nursery theme she selected, Lohan noted on Instagram, "Everything is inspired by the beach and is so peaceful and playful."
Congratulations to both Lohan and Shammas, who are now part of a family of three!
