Lindsay Lohan Shares Sweet Gifts Jamie Lee Curtis Sent Her New Baby
Lindsay Lohan's newborn is already getting spoiled!
After the birth of her son, Luai, with husband Bader Shammas, Lohan shared the adorable gift her former co-star Jamie Lee Curtis gave him.
Posting on her Instagram Story, Lohan shared a video showing off an array of children's books sent by Curtis, as well as a baby blanket and a note.
The heartwarming note read, "In times of crisis and celebration there is power in showing others that we hear them, we see them, and that we love them."
It looks like Curtis also wrote a personal message for Lohan underneath but it's not legible in the clip. On the bottom of the card, it says, "My Hand in Yours, Jamie Lee Curtis."
Many of the books included in the gift were written by Curtis in collaboration with various artists for the illustrations, with Laura Cornell the illustrator she appears to work with most often.
A few books seen in the video were My Mommy Hung the Moon: A Love Story, Where Do Balloons Go?: An Uplifting Mystery, and What Do You See?: A Conversation In Pictures.
Even more books were in a bag, which Lohan took a peek in. A personal note attached to the tote written by Curtis read, "A warm welcome to your Luai–I can't wait to meet him! XO J."
After Lohan gave birth to Luai on July 17, Curtis posted about the big news on Instagram, writing, "MAGIC MONDAY! My movie daughter just made me a movie grandmother. Blessings to Lindsay and Bader for the birth of Luai! @lindsaylohan."
Clearly, Curtis is fully embracing her new role as "movie grandmother" to Luai, and hopefully, the movie mother-daughter duo will reunite on screen soon in Freaky Friday 2, which is currently in development.
