OK, so how did Lisa get a body that impresses even fellow celebrities and earns her a crown? For starters, she’s really into yoga—and has been for 26 years. Lisa told OWN that she has a “really strong” yoga practice, adding, “for my body type, that really works.” She also takes SoulCycle classes and hikes, too.

And, JIC you’ve never obsessed over her Instagrams, Lisa is huge on dancing. "When I was 16, I discovered jazzercise, and I thought it was the greatest thing since peanut butter and jelly,” she told Parade. She also just drops dance videos on Insta and TikTok like it’s nothing—and those take some serious energy. Evidence:

Since the pandemic, Lisa has also done Isaac Boots' celebrity-loved Torch'd class at home. But she’s just really, really consistent. “For me, staying in shape has always been a part of my life, and it’s all about consistency," Lisa told OWN. "I've worked out my whole life." Yup, it shows!
