Little boy dressed up as Michael B. Jordan's 'Black Panther' character is too cute
Black Panther, one of the biggest blockbusters in history, stars Michael B. Jordan as the bad guy you couldn’t help but cheer for (at least a little bit). So, for celebrity look-alike day at school, parents Kiona Sherman and Leé Jefferson dressed up their adorable 8-year-old son as Jordan’s Black Panther character, Erik Killmonger. All hail the little king!

Third grader Jahcir rocked the character’s look: A jean jacket, white T-shirt, black pants and sneakers, and similar necklaces. His hair is styled the same, with a faux beard (possibly thanks to a bit of mascara) and round glasses.
Jefferson tells Yahoo Lifestyle the look was put together in less than 30 minutes.
“It was almost effortless. He had already been growing his hair for over a year now, and it was the perfect length to re-create the hairstyle,” says Jefferson. “We were so inspired by the Black Panther movie that we had to do mini Killmonger.”

Jefferson says everyone at Jahcir’s school knew exactly who he was as soon as he arrived. He is even being recognized in public as the “Killmonger kid.”
Online commenters couldn’t help but notice the striking resemblance too.
“This is sooo cute. Such a good job. I knew exactly who it was,” wrote a commenter. “He looks just like him,” added another.
The photo has made its rounds on different popular Instagram accounts. And it seems that Jahcir’s costume has gotten the approval of the real Killmonger himself.

Jefferson adds: “We were all ecstatic to know Michael B. Jordan had seen the post and was kind enough to like it.”
Wakanda forever!
