Pho Saigon, an authentic Vietnamese kitchen established in 2021, continues to impress diners in Oxford with its exquisite cuisine. If you’re looking for the real deal, Pho Saigon has become popular in the community for using fresh ingredients sourced from local farmers markets.

The menu begins with appetizers such as deep-fried Vietnamese egg rolls, fresh spring rolls, lotus rootlets, chicken sour salad, crab rangoon, chicken pot stickers, fried wonton and deep-fried tofu.

The beef noodle soups are a popular item, with choices of medium rare steak, well-done brisket, flank, tendon, tripe or meatball, served with rice noodles, basil, cilantro, lime, bean sprouts and peppers.

There’s chicken broth rice noodle soups as well, with options including shrimp and pork, chicken breast, wonton and roast pork, tofu and vegetable, or a seafood combination with scallops, shrimp, squid and crab.

They also have Vermicelli noodle bowls or rice plates with chicken, pork or shrimp.

“This is hands down the absolute best Pho I have ever had,” Talasya Mastin said in a review. “I found them a year ago and usually get delivery at work or home and it's just as incredible. They deserve all the business!”

The house specials are some of their most popular dishes. These include the spicy Mongolian chicken, seafood curry, stir fry Thai basil chicken or pork, pan fry crispy chow mein, and sweet and sour chicken.

Vegetarian meals are also available, along with fried rice, Vietnamese coffee, beer, wine and Thai tea.
