Welp, looks like Lori Loughlin is officially out of jail. According to multiple outlets including CBS, the actress has completed her almost two-month prison sentence, and was released from a Federal Correctional Institution in Dublin, California, today (December 28).
In case you missed it, which, unlikely, Lori was sentenced to two months in federal prison for her part in the college admissions scandal, and apparently she had a rough time at the beginning—with one source telling Us Weekly that she'd been a “wreck.”
“Lori tried her best to be brave and look at the end result but there was nothing that could dissipate her fears,” a source said at the time. “It’s only two months but she’s dreading it. Her mind keeps telling her that something will go horribly wrong in prison or that her stay could be prolonged.”
Lori began her sentence on October 30, and (on top of time served) has to pay a $150,000 fine and perform 100 hours of community service. She'll also be on probation for two years.
