Which 'Love Island' Couples Are Still Together in 2023?
Love Island Season 5 is on the horizon, premiering July 18 on Peacock. The U.S. version of the U.K. dating series pairs up sexy singles in an exotic and romantic locale as they vie for each others’ hearts—and a $100,000 prize. While the show has certainly created some power couples (Cashay and Cinco, anyone?), that doesn’t mean its reality-TV twosomes have staying power. Let’s take a look back to see which Love Island couples left the island together—and stayed in love.
Which Love Island USA couples are still together?
Season 1
Sadly, it appears the Season 1 contestants from Love Island were particularly unlucky in love as all the couples have since broken up. Yes, that includes Season 1 winners Elizabeth Weber and Zac Mirabelli, who wound up splitting a $100,000 prize only to break up a couple of months later. Season runners-up Alexandra Stewart and Dylan Curry also didn’t last that long past the island, with Alex admitting that the stress put on the relationship from her broken jaw didn’t exactly make things any easier. Yikes!
Second runners-up Caro Viehweg and Ray Gantt definitely made their break-up public when the two appeared on Ex on the Beach together—especially when Caro was removed from the show for allegedly throwing a drink at her one-time boyfriend. Sounds like these two won’t be rekindling things anytime soon!

Season 2
Unfortunately, just like the twosomes from Season 1, as of this writing no couple from the second season of Love Island is still together. Justine Ndiba and Caleb Corprew may have taken home the grand-prize money, but the two revealed they broke up not too long after filming, admitting they had been separated for quite a while by the time the season finale aired.
While they may have coupled up on the second day in the villa and weathered the storm Casa Amor caused in their relationship, runners-up Cely Vazquez and Johnny Middlebrooks only managed to stay together for a few months following their time on the island, going their separate ways in January 2021.

Season 3
Love Island Season 3 fans can rejoice as we come to our first Love Island US success stories. While season winners Korey Gandy and Olivia Kaiser sadly broke up a few months after the cameras stopped rolling, there are two couples who have managed to weather the trials of the real world.

Will Moncada and Kyra Lizama hit a bump in the road when Will strayed in Casa Amore, however the couple managed to overcome the obstacle and leave the island together. According to their Instagrams, as recently as late June 2023, the couple is still very much together and still very much in love!
Shannon St. Clair and Josh Goldstein

Shannon St. Clair and Josh Goldstein were poised to win Season 3 when a sudden family tragedy forced Josh to make the sudden decision to return home, with Shannon choosing to stick by her partner’s side and leave the island with him. While the two have not had the easiest time after the island, breaking up for four months in 2022, they have since gotten back together. However, fans have been curious as to their current relationship status as it’s been some time since the couple has posted a picture together on either of their Instagrams. For what it's worth, they both still follow each other on IG—and have commented on each others’ pics as recently as June 2023—so we’re choosing to believe in love until they give us a reason not to!
Season 4
We have another Love Island success story from the fourth season of the dating series. And no, it’s not Season 4 winners Zeta Morrison and Timmy Pandolfi, who broke up shortly after the season ended.
Sydney Paight and Isaiah Campbell
Season 4 runners-up Sydney Paight and Isaiah Campbell have managed to keep their relationship alive since leaving the island together, if their adorable comments on each others’ Instagram accounts are any indication! The pair took a trip together just a few weeks ago, with Sydney commenting, “Issa Baecation” on a photo of the two getting cozy in the sun. Let’s hope they left Season 4 with the real grand prize— everlasting love!
