'LPBW' Fans Are Convinced Amy Roloff Is Engaged After Her Latest Instagram Post
Amy Roloff's Instagram post for Ember's birthday has Little People, Big World fans speculating that she's engaged.
After her divorce from Matt Roloff, Amy started dating Chris Marek. The two made their relationship Facebook official in December 2017.
Amy hasn't responded to the rumors, but she has gushed in previous interviews that "she would love to get married one day."
First comes a wedding, then come engagement rumors? Just days after Jacob Roloff and Isabel Rock got married, Little People, Big World fans are speculating that Amy Roloff is heading to the alter.
In a recent Instagram post celebrating her granddaughter Ember's second birthday, Amy's diamond ring is front and center. It's hard to miss, so in no time, people started blasting Amy with questions about her "pending" engagement:
"Amy is that an engagement ring ?? on you?"
"I see a ring on your finger, did you get married???????"
"Your wearing a ring !!!!????????"
"Is that a Ring on your finger ???!"
We hate to be the bearer of bad news, but the rumors aren't true. Here's why:
The ring is actually on her right hand.
She's been wearing this ring for months. In fact, it's reportedly the same diamond that Matt gave her years ago with an updated band and setting.
This isn't the first time rumors swirled about the couple's engagement. Back in June, Amy posted a photo that showed off her sparkling diamond, causing more questioning. However, the Roloff matriarch shut it down with one simple response: "No big news. It’s a ring I had remade from a ring I already had. It’s on my right finger,”she wrote.
But that doesn't mean the possiblity of a wedding is completely off the table. "I would definitely love to get married one day," Amy told US Weekly back in May. "But it’s not something that I’m intentionally pursuing."
