Among the Tribeca Film Festival's most glamorous and coveted affairs was Chanel's Women's Filmmaker Luncheon, which took place in New York City yesterday.

British actress Lucy Boynton was one of the film stars invited to the daytime Through Her Lens event, held at French-American bistro The Odeon, and she looked every bit a Chanel muse in her elegant summer look. The Bohemian Rhapsody star wore a pink tweed minidress with golden buttons, ruffled detailing at the collar, and a gold and pearl design by the French fashion house.

She finished the look with black pumps, also by Chanel, and wore a sparkly diamond ring and matching diamond earrings in the shape of bows. For glam, she opted for a sleek bob and rosy makeup.

Boynton recently wrapped up filming Chevalier, a film based on the life of French-Caribbean violinist Chevalier de Saint-Georges, who had a falling out with Marie Antoinette and ultimately lost his career and place in French society. Boynton plays Marie Antoinette in the upcoming autobiographical film.

The actress is also starring in the upcoming horror thriller The Pale Blue Eye, and she is being considered for the role of British magazine journalist and editor Tina Brown in an upcoming TV adaptation of her 2017 book, The Vanity Fair Diaries.

At Chanel's luncheon yesterday, Boynton enjoyed French bites alongside her fellow Chanel hosts, film director Pippa Bianco and actress Rebecca Dayan. Bianco wore a white dress shirt with cutouts and ties at the sleeves, while Dayan wore a two-piece black-and-white ensemble by Chanel.
