Liu accessorized her outfit with a pair of sleek pointed-toe boots, the Brunello Cucinelli Precious Monili bead-embellished bag and a statement black choker.
When creating her looks, the actress usually looks to stylist Sarah Slutsky Tooley, whose other clients include Rupi Kaur, Ella Hunt and Rachel Zegler.
Liu last made a series of stunning style statements while promoting her role in “Shazam! Fury of the Gods” in March. The film was done as a sequel to the 2019 superhero film starring Zachary Levi. While promoting the movie, Liu wore a number of elegant gowns from Andrew Kwon, Bach Mai, Saiid Kobeisy and more.
In May, Liu executive-produced the “Pirate Queen” VR game, which is based on the real-life Chinese woman pirate leader Cheng Shih. In June, she executive-produced “Unzipped: An Autopsy of American Inequality,” a documentary that highlighted the issues surrounding housing inequality, affordable housing and overall American inequality.
The Saks x Brunello Cucinelli dinner also celebrated the two brands’ latest capsule collection. The event included William Abadie, Tracy Margolies, Roopal Patel, Amanda Nguyen and more in attendance.
