From the moment we first saw the rugged good looks, chiseled jaw and adorable charm of actor Luke Macfarlane we knew this guy was going to be a star. Over the years he has starred in many movies and TV shows, but really sprung onto our radar in 2014 when he was the leading man in his first Hallmark movie, The Memory Book.
Macfarlane was born on January 19, 1980, in London, Ontario, Canada. He pursued a degree in drama at Juilliard School in New York City. There he honed his skills and developed a passion for the performing arts. While at Juilliard, Macfarlane performed in numerous theatrical productions.
Then, in 2004 Macfarlane played opposite Cynthia Nixon in Robert Altman's miniseries Tanner on Tanner and people took notice. In 2005 his career took off, with his lead role in Over There. More recently, he's become a big-screen star with his role in the 2022 rom-com Bros.

In the Lifetime movie Amish Stud: The Eli Weaver Story, Luke MacFarlane takes on the role of Eli Weaver.
