What hath Tom Holland wrought? Something which began as a way for the Spider-Man actor to pass the time in isolation is becoming a bona fide online trend.

Holland showed off his athletic skills last week by putting on a t-shirt while in a handstand, a testament to his dance background and superhero strength training. He ended the video by challenging his Marvel Cinematic Universe buddies, Mysterio actor Jake Gyllenhaal and Deadpool star Ryan Reynolds, to do the same.

Reynolds rejected the invitation, posting a video in which he offered Holland a flat-out, resounding "nooo." Gyllenhaal, however, was more game, and shared his own video completing the challenge. At the end, he nominated fellow Marvel actor Hugh Jackman, rapper 50 Cent, and his sister, Maggie Gyllenhaal — and she was not one to back down from a thrown gauntlet.

Maggie executed her own handstand and got the T-shirt on pretty effortlessly, nominating an "all female team" including actress Jessica Chastain, comedian Sarah Silverman, and U.S. Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.

But the game changed entirely when American hurdler Lolo Jones noticed the trend, and decided to get involved.

"When I saw Spider-Man and Jake Gyllenhaal do a handstand challenge with one shirt... first I want to thank them for having their shirt off because I haven’t seen a man in 25 days," the Olympian quipped on Twitter, before showing off her own version of the challenge, which can only be described as extra.

"Why God chose women to deliver kids in 3... 2... 1..." she wrote in a video caption, after donning not one but two T-shirts, then picking up her glass of wine and taking a casual sip while still supporting her bodyweight on just one hand.

Is this the definitive handstand challenge video? Maybe. But we'd still like to see AOC and Wolverine give it a try.
