Mama Dog and Puppies Eating Breakfast at the Shelter is the Cutest ASMR Video
Let's be honest--the only thing cuter than watching a dog chomp on something yummy is hearing the adorable sounds they make while eating. Whether it's an earth-shaking crunch or a tiny mouth smack, there are so many cute noises dogs don't even intend to make while snacking. If they were humans, those same sounds could annoy people to bits! Luckily, eating noises are adorable when they come from pups like the ones at Valley Animal Center in Fresno, California.
Shelter volunteer Jackie made sure the entire family of dogs was fed, then sat back to watch and enjoy the chaotic cuteness. But that's not all--she even recorded the sweet snacktime to share on her TikTok account on April 15. These babies and their tiny sounds couldn't be cuter!
Pro tip: put on headphones for this video if you can. Soft sounds like these make the perfect ASMR triggers (which means that you may feel relaxed or even get a tingle down your head or spine when you hear these delicate sounds. For some people, crunching and slurping sounds are so tingly!
OMG--these babies are too cute! They are so focused on eating their puppy food for breakfast that they don't even mind being filmed or sharing their food with Mom. After all, there's plenty of it to go around! There were so many bowls of gruel and mashed-up kibble, but these shelter puppies seemed content to eat out of the same bowl. Whatever works!
We may have only seen Mama Dog's nose, but that's all I needed to see to know that her pups take after her. At least two of them have a beautiful multicolored coat, just like her, though she even shares a resemblance with the all-white puppy. They really do look like one happy little family! Sharing a meal together is only the cherry on top of this Valley Animal Center puppy love, don't you think?
Puppies Up For Adoption
While many people incorrectly assume that animal shelters only have older pets up for adoption, you can actually find pets of every age in the humane society—even puppies! However, depending on their age, you may need to wait a while before bringing your puppy home. They need to be weaned from Mom and eating solid dog food by the time they go to a forever home.
Unlike cats, who have their infamous 'kitten season' each spring, Dogs don't have a particular time of year when they are more likely to mate or have puppies. This means that dog rescuers are always on their toes, which can be both a good and bad thing. What's most important, though, is that these rescue dog and puppies are so close to finding their adopters. With any luck, maybe their owner will set up a playdate together!
