Mango and Maca Smoothie

This smoothie calls for hemp or almond milk, so it’s ideal for you if you prefer a dairy-free smoothie. Coconut or cashew milk would also work well.

Ingredients

  • 3 unsweetened hemp milk or almond milk

  • 1/2 ice cubes

  • 1/3 fresh lemon juice (from about 2 lemons)

  • 3 ripe fresh mangoes, peeled and coarsely chopped

  • 2 dried mango

  • 1 almond butter

  • 1 flaxseeds

  • 1 maca powder

  • 1 vanilla extract

  • 2 pitted dates

  • Pinch of Himalayan salt

Directions

  1. Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy.
