Mark Zuckerberg Just Revealed That He Eats 4,000 Calories Per Day—And Half of It Comes From McDonald's
Many people know Mark Zuckerberg for having an appetite for creating new businesses in the tech space, but apparently, he also has a huge hunger for McDonald's. Revealing his wildly large order on his Threads app, the billionaire mogul has sent the world into a frenzy over his 4,000 caloric intake per day.
Responding to a post from McDonald's on the app that read, "Y'all want anything from McDonald's," Zuckerberg — who was one of over 2,500 people to answer the call — listed out his large order...all for himself. "20 nuggets, a quarter pounder, large fries, Oreo McFlurry, apple pie, and maybe some side cheeseburgers for later?"

Not surprisingly, the Facebook founder's diet revelation garnered hundreds of responses, including one from UFC fighter Mike Davis who pointed out that he shouldn't be picking up anything from the Golden Arches right now. "You're in camp! No McDonald's," he said.
Justifying his choices, Zuckerberg quickly responded revealing that since he's "not cutting weight," he "needs" the 4,000 calories per day to "offset all the activity," The Threads founder is known to compete in Brazilian jiu-jitsu and even won his first competition this past May as well as received a blue belt in the sport in late July.

Others who saw Zuckerberg's response on the post gave their input as well, with many noting that his request for a McFlurry is only a dream because the ice cream machine is most-likely broken.

While it wasn't noted how many of those 4,000 calories per day the one (possibly occasional?) McDonald's request takes up — or if he eats all or majority of it in one sitting — according to the McDonald's website, the 20 piece nugget is 830 calories alone while the large fry clocks in at 480 calories. And that Quarter Pounder with Cheese and deliciously warm apple pie? Those come in at 520 and 230 calories, respectively.
One thing's for sure though, if he's able to get his hands on that 510 calories-bearing Oreo McFlurry every time he stops by, he's got better luck than all of us put together.
