Martha Stewart Shares Candid Look at Her Cosmetic Work
Martha Stewart
Over the past few years, Martha Stewart has become a "sex symbol" of sorts for her viral thirst traps shared via social media and ability to maintain a youthful appearance—not to mention her history-making Sports Illustrated Swimsuit cover debut last year—and now, she's giving fans a candid look at how she uses cosmetic procedures to help keep her physical form in tip-top shape.
The home living mogul, who will celebrate her 83rd birthday later this year, is proud to be in her 80s, but just because she's not shameful of it, doesn't mean she necessarily wants to look her age.
During the Season 2 premiere of her iHeartRadio hit show, The Martha Stewart Podcast, which kicked off with a new episode on Thursday, Feb. 8, the Emmy winner invited her cosmetic dermatologist, Dr. Dan Belkin, who she met through her daughter, Alexis Stewart, as a guest.
The latest episode found the two chatting about all things beauty enhancement, such as botox, fillers, and skin tightening that Stewart has opted for, plus how she really feels about aging, which she has often opened up about in the past.
“Everybody is so interested when they see a selfie of me posted on the internet," she said. "So many comments are about my face lift and who did it, and when did I have it done and how much retouching is on the photograph, and I just want to set the record straight."

The explorative conversation continued with Dr. Belkin offering insight into what types of maintenance treatments Stewart actually receives, as she admitted, “I don't even know what I've had.”
Among things Stewart gets to keep her face and neck area looking as radiant as possible are muscle-relaxing injections, botox, and fillers in her cheeks. Additionally, he shared, "We've done a little bit of skin tightening on you. We've done a little ultrasound tightening I think, a long time ago. We did a little Softwave, which is an ultrasound based tightening device, and we've done a little bit of Ulthera, which is a great ultrasound based skin tightening that works."
But for the most part, the TV personality seems to want to keep things semi-natural, as she did recall a time where getting botox in the top half of her face made her "eyebrows kind of go up in a V, and that looks so unnatural,” which she doesn't seem to like.
As for aging gracefully, her comments aligned with many she has made in the past: “I don't think a lot about age, but I don't want to look my age at all. And that's why I really work hard at it,” she divulged, doubling down that she prioritizes exercise and healthy eating.
