McDonald’s Holiday Pies are back — but not everywhere. Here’s where to find them
McDonald’s is decking its halls with a seasonal treat.
The chain confirmed to TODAY.com that the limited-time Holiday Pie will be making its return to participating restaurants on Nov. 15.
The 260-calorie pie features McDonald’s signature pie crust filled with custard, glazed with sugar and topped with rainbow sprinkles.
A spokesperson says the pies will be available in select local markets including (but not limited to) Seattle, Washington; Los Angeles, California; St. Louis, Missouri; New York City; Cleveland, Ohio; Memphis, Tennessee; and Dallas, Texas.
They did not share until when the treat would be available, but last year, it stuck around until Dec. 30.
Popular snack-spotting Instagram @markie_devo also shared a post about the pie’s return, pointing out that the pies usually have a slow rollout and suggesting followers check the McDonald’s app daily.
He also noted some areas the treat has been seen: Iowa, Kentucky, Michigan, Arkansas and Pennsylvania.
On social media, customers are sharing where they’ve spotted it — or noticed its absence — around the country.
“My fave! So glad my local one has them every year,” commented an Instagram user who lives in Ohio. “I freeze, then bake when ready lol.”
“Never available in Florida,” wrote another person on Instagram.
“The most wonderful time of the year,” said a Toledo, Ohio-area TikTok user.
“I don’t think AZ gets these ??,” someone else wrote on TikTok.
“I had these while I was working in Nebraska twelve years ago, and I still miss them,” lamtented one Instagram user. “I’ve never seen them for sale in CO.”
“Never in Oklahoma?? I’ve looked for like 3 years now,” wrote another.
