Yesterday afternoon, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle secretly attended the judging of the Endeavour Fund Awards at Kensington Palace, royal correspondent Omid Scobie reports.

The Endeavour Fund was founded in 2012 by Prince William, Prince Harry, and Kate Middleton, through The Royal Foundation (William and Harry's foundation that supports a variety of global causes). Inspired by the royals' commitment to support wounded, injured, and sick servicemen and women, the fund supports sporting and adventure challenges that act as part of recovery and confidence-building for military service members transitioning to the next chapter of their lives. The Endeavour Fund Awards recognize outstanding accomplishment from each year's endeavors.

Harry and William personally know the importance of this support, as they both served in the British Armed Forces. Prince Harry rose in rank to become a captain and he served two tours of Afghanistan, while Prince William was a helicopter pilot for the Royal Air Force's Search and Rescue Force for five years.

At last year's Endeavor Fund Awards ceremony, which took place at Goldsmiths' Hall in London, Meghan told the audience, “I’m truly privileged to be here,” before she gave a prize to a veteran for his athletic accomplishments. The duchess looked impeccable in a black Alexander McQueen suit paired with a white pussy-bow bodysuit by Tuxe, paired with black suede heels.

In support of another of the royals' charitable works, Sentebale, Meghan and Harry attended Cirque du Soleil's Totem show at Royal Albert Hall last week (where they snuck in an adorable moment together).
