Meghan Markle Looked Super Happy in Her Huge Hooded Parka

Meghan Markle was grinning from ear to ear in the first photos of her taken since she left the U.K. The Daily Mail published photos of Markle boarding a seaplane on Vancouver Island, the same place she spent the holidays with Prince Harry and baby Archie, which show her wearing a huge hooded parka to protect herself from the falling snow.

The paper adds that she paired the coat with a pair of knee-high brown boots when she was spotted at Victoria Harbour Airport. Archie was nowhere to be seen and it was noted that Markle didn't have any luggage with her, only her security detail and a black tote bag. She's worn the Barbour coat before. It made its royal debut back in 2017.

The Daily Mail confirmed that it was the very first time that Markle's been photographed since news broke that she and Prince Harry would be stepping back from their royal duties. She arrived in British Columbia last week and while there have been reports that she was seen driving around Sidney by the Sea and at Victoria International Airport, though there's been no photo confirmation. Markle has been staying in Mille Fleurs, the luxury compound that music producer David Foster helped them find, since Friday while Harry remains in the U.K. to work the details of their future out with his family.
