Meghan Markle and Prince Harry Hopped into the Royal Family's Group Chat
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have reportedly hopped back into the royal family's group chat in order to share photos of their new baby daughter Lilibet Diana (who they call Lili for short!). Entertainment Tonight reports that the couple are keeping Harry's family in the loop when it comes to baby Lili, and that they shared her pic on the royal family's What's App chat.
This sweet update comes as Kate Middleton said how excited she was about Lili's arrival, telling a group of reporters at a recent event, "I wish her all the very best. I can't wait to meet her. We haven't met her yet. I hope that will be soon."
Per ET, Duchess Kate has been acting as an "intermediary helping to smooth relationships between Harry and the royal family," and is actually the one who exchanged texts with Harry after Lili's birth.
It's unclear when the family could be reunited in person, but William and Harry are expected to reveal the statue they had made of Princess Diana this summer, so it's possible that Meghan, Archie, and Lili could accompany him to England for the event.
As a reminder, Meghan and Harry welcomed Lili on June 4th, and released a sweet message announcing the news: “On June 4th, we were blessed with the arrival of our daughter, Lili. She is more than we could have ever imagined, and we remain grateful for the love and prayers we’ve felt from across the globe. Thank you for your continued kindness and support during this very special time for our family.”
