Meghan Markle and Prince Harry Are Reportedly Very Frustrated Her Dad Keeps Giving Paid Interviews
Since Meghan Markle stepped into the spotlight and got engaged to Prince Harry, her father has been plenty vocal with his thoughts and feelings, and quite frankly, Meghan and Harry are over it.
A source told Entertainment Tonight that couple is "frustrated he keeps speaking to the tabloids and taking payment for interviews." Because of this, they "haven't had any contact" with him recently.
In case you forgot, Meghan's father famously backed out of going to her wedding after news broke that he staged those paparazzi photos the internet found so charming in exchange for cold, hard, cash.
He spoke to the media multiple times before and after, despite saying he "never wanted attention." Since the wedding, he's given two separate on-camera interviews to explain his side of things, discuss why the queen wouldn't meet with him, and rattle on about Meghan and Harry's plans for children, which is 10,000,000,000 percent an invasion of privacy.
"Meghan hasn’t spoken to Thomas since the day after her wedding,” a palace source told Us Weekly back in early July.
"Thomas is walking a fine line. This blabbing needs to stop if he wants to maintain any relationship with Harry and Meghan," another source told the outlet. "This will definitely have an effect on whether Harry meets Thomas or not now."
