Meghan Markle wears skinny jeans and polo shirt for latest outing with Prince Harry
Meghan Markle can do sporty, but she doesn’t necessarily have to do sneakers.
The Suits star didn’t sacrifice her heels for her appearance alongside Prince Harry at the Team U.K. tryouts for the upcoming Invictus Games. Kensington Palace confirmed that the couple traveled to Bath, England, on Friday to support athletes — all of whom are serving or veteran members of the military — hoping to compete in the Sydney games this fall.
Markle and her groom-to-be, who will wed on May 19, wore his-and-hers black polo shirts bearing the Invictus Games logo. But although Prince Harry stayed sporty in his black and yellow pullover, his future bride put a chic stamp on the look by pairing her shirt with slim-cut black Mother Denim jeans, heels, and Babaton’s olive green Lawson trench (yours for $245).
Babaton, which is the in-house label for the Vancouver-based retailer Aritzia, is just the latest Canadian fashion brand Markle has worn of late. Mackage, Greta Constantine, Line, and Sentaler have all worked their way into her closet, while she wore an Aritizia dress at the 2017 Invictus Games. Clearly, her time in Canada while filming Suits made an impression on her.
