Meghan Markle Wore a Thing: Victoria Beckham on Christmas Day Edition
Happy Christmas, as the Brits say, to both the Duchess and her growing baby bump!
Ever since announcing her engagement to Prince Harry, the world's eyes have been fixed on Meghan Markle — and her style. We'll be following the Meghan Markle Effect? with our column, "Meghan Markle Wore a Thing."
While most of us likely spent Dec. 25 lounging around in holiday-themed sweaters and PJ sets, such was not the case for the Royal Family, who instead dressed in their church-appropriate finest for a public outing. Along with the rest of her family — including Kate Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge, who wore a festive, Christmas-red coat, gloves and hat — Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex made her way to a service at Church of St Mary Magdalene King's Lynn, England on Tuesday.
For the occasion, the Duchess wore nearly head-to-toe Victoria Beckham, honoring her adoptive home nation by proudly donning one of its most successful modern designers. The look in question included a navy wool-blend midi dress (currently on sale!), knee-high black leather boots, a tailored navy wool coat and a matching navy powder box leather bag, all by the British designer.
To complement the outfit, the Duchess added a delicate Jennifer Meyer necklace and feather-adorned cocktail hat by Awon Golding Millinery.
The Duchess looked every bit the part of Royal During the Holidays. Happy Christmas, as the Brits say, to both the Duchess and her growing baby bump!
