Michael Jackson’s Son Bigi Photographed in Rare Public Outing

Bigi Jackson, the youngest of Michael Jackson’s three children, typically maintains a low public profile but was recently spotted outside a movie theater in Los Angeles.

In a March 14 photo obtained by Entertainment Tonight, the 22-year-old son of the King of Pop wore a gray Star Wars T-shirt and white-striped black athletic shorts. Bigi was seemingly alone as he along in black shoes and white ankle-high socks.

Bigi, nicknamed “Blanket” as a child by his late father, is seen out in public much less frequently than his older siblings. His older sister Paris, 25, often engages with fans through her work as a model and singer. She recently walked the red carpet at the 2024 Grammy Awards wearing a black gown that featured a bold cutout and a thigh-high slit. Paris told fans she painstakingly used makeup to cover her tattoos so that none of them would be visible as she posed for the cameras.

Meanwhile, Bigi’s older brother Prince, 27, appeared on a Los Angeles-based television news station earlier this month to discuss their father, who died in 2009, and the launch of a new charity organization.

While his siblings speak with the media and their fans often, Bigi tends to keep to himself as he focuses on his work as a producer and director in the film industry. Bigi brought his most recent project, the 2024 film Rochelles, to the Santa Monica Film Festival, where it won the Best Drama award last month. The movie follows two friends forced to compete for a job working in the kitchen of a popular restaurant, according to the festival’s film synopsis.

In the wake of Bigi’s award win, his older brother praised his hard work in a February Instagram Story that he shared for Bigi’s birthday.

“Bro is killing it! Chasing his dreams and winning awards,” Prince’s post said, according to a screenshot obtained by People.
