Michael Strahan's Daughter Isabella Documents Very Special Visit Amid Grueling Cancer Battle

As Isabella Strahan continues to recover from an emergency craniotomy that happened earlier this month amid what is proving to be a grueling cancer battle, a few folks came together behind the scenes to brighten her spirits.

In a new vlog uploaded to her YouTube channel on Wednesday, March 13, the teen was stunned to see her "favorite person," rapper and singer Bryson Tiller, and a small camera crew walk through her front door, armed with gifts and plenty of time to spend with her.

The surprise led to a total "fangirl" moment, though Isabella will never admit to it.

"You haven't moved this much in months," her dad, Good Morning America's Michael Strahan, said happily as she visibly vibrated with her excitement, going on to explain to the 19-year-old how the visit had come to be.

During a previous vlog documenting her final round of radiation, Isabella took note of the song playing in the background and turned to the camera to point out that her "favorite, Bryson Tiller," was on, giving him a "shoutout."

Someone from his team happened to see the video and reached out to Micheal to schedule a surprise visit, which Tiller flew into New York specifically for.

Eventually, the two sat down at the kitchen island to build a set of Lego flowers together, while her dad sat back and out of the way to give his daughter her moment. Tiller answered all of her questions about making music and turned the tables around with a series of questions of his own, before the two misplaced a Lego, leading to a frantic search and a cliffhanger before it was recovered, teasing more to come in a future vlog.

Isabella was diagnosed with medulloblastoma, a malignant brain tumor primarily found in children, late last year, leading to two major surgeries so far—plus, of course, chemo and radiation treatments. It's been a rollercoaster of emotions and physical health, with the teen relearning to walk after her first surgery and regressing after her second.

Still, despite being in "so much pain," it wasn't "the worst it's been," she said in a post-surgery update.

We're glad to see that that seems to be on the up and up!
