Michelle Obama rocked a bright frock at tech talk
Michelle Obama lit up the room in a tangerine dress during a tech conference.
The former first lady wore a bright orange Roland Mouret dress with black-and-metallic Jimmy Choo pumps to speak at the Microsoft Envision conference in Orlando, Fla. on Tuesday.
Michelle’s longtime stylist Meredith Koop posted a few Instagram snaps of the look.

According to the Associated Press, Michelle sat down with Microsoft president Brad Smith to share her experience in the White House, as well as her future plans with Barack Obama, such as the creation of a presidential library in Chicago. Michelle also discussed diversity in the tech world, remarking that people often hire employees who resemble themselves because it’s “comfortable.”
And last week, she attended a tech conference in Salt Lake City, where the former FLOTUS shared her candid thoughts on the Trump administration. “You can’t just want to help someone in a hurricane, and not make sure they can go to the doctor when they’re sick,” she said, referring to healthcare in the United States.

Lately, we’ve been seeing Michelle in casual mode. On Monday, she was spotted taking a workout class at Tracy Anderson’s Manhattan studio, where sources told Page Six that she rocked out to Beyonce’s “Drunk In Love” while the Secret Service waited outside.
In early September, Michelle also participated in a tribute video to Beyonce on the singer’s 36th birthday, by channeling Bey’s persona in the “Formation” video.
And the Obamas spent the summer on vacation, first in Bali with 18-year-old Malia and 16-year-old Sasha, then with each other on a yacht in Spain.
However, anyone hoping that Michelle would assume a more official public role can lower their expectations. At the conference in Salt Lake City, when an audience member yelled out that she should run for president in 2020, Michelle replied, “That’s still shocking. Like, what? Are you kidding me? No.”
