You Might Just Come Across the Ghost of Edith Thistle During Zillow's Virtual Haunted House Tour

For Zillow's latest virtual home tour, you may want to watch with the lights on. At the height of spooky season, the online real estate marketplace has introduced an interactive virtual haunted house that's brimming with tricks and treats at nearly every corner. Don't worry, before you get too spooked out, the haunted house is fictional.

The home featured in the tour, which creepily stands at 667 Dead End Drive, even has its own home details page on Zillow.

"An American Gothic Mansion with great bones (although some are rotting)," a description on the Zillow site reads. "Tucked away in a secluded, dead-end road, take your guests’ breath away with haunting, fog-filled cemetery views. This property includes a dingy cellar complete with built-in meat locker, creaky wooden doors with mysterious witch-crafted claw marks, and an attic that howls with the cries of lonely phantoms."

As part of the experience, tour takers are first led up the eerie estate's staircase and down dark hallways. During the tour, ominous sounds can be heard in the background. Visitors are soon confronted by an eerie apparition, likely the ghost of Edith Thistle, and it's quite literally lights out from there.

For those who dare, the interactive virtual tour can be found on the Zillow website.
