After only a month of dating, Miley Cyrus and Kaitlynn Carter have decided to end the romantic side of their relationship, according to People.

“Miley and Kaitlyn broke up,” a source told the outlet on Saturday evening. “They’re still friends. They’ve been friends forever and were there for each other when they were both getting separated, but they’re just not in a romantic relationship anymore.”

During their six weeks as a couple, Miley and Kaitlynn were seemingly inseparable. In addition to attending an award show and going on vacations, the pair also took a major step and moved in together earlier this month. “They live together and are very happy. Miley is doing great," an insider previously told People. "She is moving on. She seems to have no regrets. She loves being with Kaitlynn.”

Miley and Kaitlynn first went public with their relationship the same day Miley announced she was separating from husband Liam Hemsworth after eight months of marriage. Carter also recently split from her husband, Brody Jenner, two weeks prior.

The two women became more than friends while dealing with their respective breakups. “Miley is very close with Kaitlynn. It’s romantic but also a friendship. They are both going through similar stuff right now and are bonding over it," a source explained in September.

Sadly, this marks two breakups in two months for both ladies.
