Miranda Kerr Marries Snapchat Founder Evan Spiegel in Backyard California Wedding
Happily wedded bliss. Supermodel Miranda Kerr and Snapchat co-founder Evan Spiegel are officially a married power couple.
The pair exchanged vows before about a few dozen family members and friends on Saturday, May 27, in the backyard of their Brentwood home. There was a flurry of activity leading up the nuptials with trucks unloading decor and more in preparation for the nuptials ahead.
Kerr’s side of the family flew in from Australia, and her ex-husband Orlando Bloom was spotted out and about with their son, Flynn, and the bride’s father.
This will be the first marriage for Spiegel, whose estimated net worth is $4.7 billion, and the second wedding for Kerr.
Congratulations to my love and Snap Inc ????

“He’s 25, but acts like he’s 50,” Kerr told Net-a-Porter’s The Edit in 2016. “He’s not out partying. He goes to work in [L.A.’s] Venice. He comes home. We don’t go out. We’d rather be at home and have dinner, go to bed early.”

The couple first met two years ago at a dinner hosted by Louis Vuitton. They got engaged in July 2016.
“[Was I expecting it?] Absolutely not,” the model later recalled of the proposal. “He said to me, ‘Miranda, I’m telling you now, this is the first and last time I’m going to kneel down in front of you.’ …I was terribly nervous and emotional, trembling with happiness.”
