A Modern Townhome Designed for the Love of Entertaining

It's easy to get stuck on the surface layer when visualizing the vibe for your home... finding the perfect paint color, searching for statement lighting, art, you name it. But rather than focusing on the items that will make your house a home, it's always a good idea to start with the vibe you want to achieve. This modern townhome, designed by Stephanie Jean Design and Kerrisdale Design Inc., was geared towards homeowners who love to entertain—a fabulous vibe if you ask me! This was one of two showsuites at the Sakura Townhouse development in South Surrey BC. Built by Castle Hill Homes and designed by Stephanie Jean Design and Kerrisdale Design Inc, this showsuite was geared towards homeowners who love to entertain. Capitalizing on the natural light and modern architecture, the showsuite features a palette of gray, taupe, cream, and white. Accents of gold and natural materials all contribute to the design mix. The designers layered in patterns through accent pillows and other textiles. The contrast of dark and light create an elegant and high end feel.
