Molina Healthcare to host free school supply giveaway

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — Molina Healthcare of Texas will be hosting a “Back-to-Basics” giveaway to provide El Paso students the school supplies they need for the new school year.

In partnership with TopCare, the free event will be from 10 to 11 a.m. on Tuesday, July 16 at the El Paso Pediatric Association, located at 650 Belvidere St., according to Molina in a news release.

The Back-to-Basics event will give away roughly 100 school kits and 24 backpacks, while supplies last, Molina said. In order to get the supplies, the child must be present.

In addition to the school supplies, the event will also have information on health care resources for both students and families, Molina said.
