Aww! These big babies, whose names are Aslan and Moose, are already thriving in the short time they've been with these devoted animal rescuers. Whether it's all the medical treatment or all the love that's doing the healing, we're so relieved and overjoyed to know that they're safe and happy. They're getting the retirement every horse deserves!

The Gentle Barn is a multi-state animal rescue that aims to help both people and animals. Their original Santa Clarita, California location was founded in 1999 by one passionate woman who wanted to combine her loves for animals, people, and psychology. As the head of The Gentle Barn, she now gets to oversee the rescue and rehabilitation of thousands of rescue animals.

The best part? All three locations--California, Missouri, and Tennessee--are open to the public! This way, the animals can help people reconnect with themselves and learn about the natural world, all while being spoiled rotten with love.

Commenter @joshyb92 said, "I swear if I lived in the US I’d be there constantly hugging the animals," and we don't blame him one bit. We wouldn't ever pass up the chance to visit with rescue farm animals like Aslan and Moose!
