We are happy to report that Morgan Freeman has reached his final form as the swaggiest grandpa on the planet. Seriously — forget all the diamonds and assorted jewels we’ve been seeing tonight. Freeman just slayed the Globes accessory game with a simple beaded necklace.

The actor hit the stage at the awards show in an all-black suit and matching bow tie, adding a pop of color with what appears to be a turquoise, red, and white beaded Native American jacla necklace: the perfect flourish. Freeman’s look is totally something that one old earthy guy in your church wears to remind everyone that a shirt and slacks is totally not his thing. He is happiest in shirts with no collars, but he loves Jesus so he’ll put on a traditional button-down once a week because it’s the least he can do for the Lordt.
