For National BBQ Day back on May 16th, the data wizards at Instacart — the popular grocery pick-up and delivery service — took a look at the most popular barbecue sauces purchased on their platform. Overall, the top three most popular barbecue sauces purchased in the past 12 months (from the time of the data analysis) on Instacart were Burman’s Honey BBQ Sauce in first, Heinz Original BBQ Sauce in second, and G Hughes Sugar-Free BBQ Sauce, Hickory in third.
