Mt. Princeton Hot Springs adds 700 feet of water slides
(NATHROP, Colo.) — Mount Princeton Hot Springs now has water slides! On June 4, 2024, they unveiled two new water slides, 340 feet each. The slides are the highest elevation water slides in existence, located 8,250 feet above sea level in Nathrop, Colorado, between Buena Vista and Salida.
The two slides (one open-air and one enclosed) both promise a thrilling ride for visitors to Mount Princeton Hot Springs resort, a 70-acre paradise surrounded by mountainous landscapes, roaring rivers, and wild, natural beauty.
“Designed for maximum excitement and built with safety as our top priority, our open body slides provide an unforgettable experience for riders of all ages,” said Scott Peterson, Marketing Director for Mount Princeton Hot Springs Resort.
Mount Princeton Hot Springs offers various overnight accommodations. Two days of hot springs and the new water slide are included with your overnight stay. The water slide will be open daily from Memorial Day through Labor Day, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
