This Is How Much Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are Reportedly Spending to Renovate Frogmore Cottage
Making way for their royal baby, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are leaving the Kensington Palace grounds to move into Frogmore Cottage-a larger space in Windsor, England. (Frogmore House, where the two had their wedding reception, faces the cottage and is about 45 minutes outside of London.) The new digs were a gift from the Queen, but it turns out the royals are making a few personal touches to the property-a few million dollars' worth, actually.
Us Weekly is reporting that Harry and Meghan are spending somewhere around $3.8 Million to renovate Frogmore Cottage.

Royal reporter Emily Andrews says the property is currently divided into 5 separate apartments where palace staff live, and that Harry and Meghan will be putting most of that multi-million dollar price tag toward merging those apartments into one single, luxury family home.
The outlet also reports that the terms of the renovation will also include a green energy unit for heating and hot water in the house (which costs around $60,000), as well as the addition of fireplaces, staircases, and a floating floor. At 10 total bedrooms once the five separate units are combined together, Frogmore Cottage will offer Harry, Meghan, and their future child plenty more space than they had at Nottingham Cottage-which sits at two bedrooms.
