Nara Smith's Homemade Snickers Bar Is An Immediate Hit On TikTok!

Nara Smith has millions of loyal followers on TikTok. All of her videos quickly go viral and her latest one is no different.

Just two weeks after welcoming her third baby, Nara shared a cooking demonstration revealing her rendition of a beloved candy bar, and the video went viral super fast!

Nara Smith Made Her Version Of A Snickers Bar

Nara's husband Lucky was craving a Snickers, so instead of running to the store to buy one, she made a homemade batch.

"Started off by making some peanut butter by just blending up some dry roasted peanuts. Once that was all smooth, I set that aside and got started on my nougat," she said. "I combined all of my ingredients, which was sugar and water, and let that come to a boil on the stove."

As that was boiling, she separated some egg whites from the yolks and had "them come up to room temperature before whipping."

After taking the sugar mixture off the stove, she slowly poured it into the egg whites in the mixer to mix on medium-high speed until it turned into a "marshmallow fluff consistency."

Nara then spooned the mixture into a square baking dish, pressed it down, and put it in the refrigerator for about five hours.

Nara combined sugar and salt in a pan and let it melt before whisking in some heavy cream and butter.

"Then I incorporated some peanuts and let that cool slightly on the stove before pouring it over my set nougat, return my baking dish to the fridge for the caramel to set for another 30 to 45 minutes while I melted some chocolate," she said. "Then it was time to dip my bars in the chocolate, so I pulled it out the fridge and cut it into 12 equal pieces."

She took one of the cut pieces and put it in the chocolate to coat it on all sides. Smith then let it cool down on a wire rack in the fridge.

Her husband seemed to really enjoy the homemade Snickers bar, giving it a thumbs up.

And by the way, if you're wondering just what nougat is, Wikipedia says it's, "a family of confections made with sugar or honey, roasted nuts (almonds, walnuts, pistachios, hazelnuts, and macadamia nuts are common), whipped egg whites, and sometimes chopped candied fruit. The consistency of nougat is chewy, and it is used in a variety of candy bars and chocolates."

In just a few short hours, Nara's Snickers video received more than 3.5 million views and nearly 4,500 comments on TikTok.

"Nara truly needs her own cooking show," one follower wrote in the comments. Another person said, "A Nara Smith Cookbook is needed."

One viewer shared, "Why would Lucky be surprised on how good it is, of COURSE it is good it’s Nara Smith level made from scratch."

Some also commented on what she was wearing while making homemade candy bars (because how could anyone not notice?)

Nara Smith Makes Everything From Scratch!

Nara shared the recipe for a late-night snack she was loving during her pregnancy in a recent TikTok video.

"I know it doesn't look the best but it's vanilla pudding with a raspberry sauce," she said. "You basically just make your vanilla pudding with your eggs, milk, sugar, the usual, and then you make your raspberry sauce by boiling down some raspberries with sugar and lemon and popping that in the fridge."

Nara said she enjoys the combination of "warm and cold stuff," so the pudding is a little warm and the raspberry sauce is cold.

"I grew up having vanilla pudding a lot, so this is so nostalgic to me," she said as she enjoyed her tasty creation.

Nara's video received more than 16.6 million views and nearly 6,000 comments.

Nara Smith Just Welcomed Her Third Child!

Nara and Lucky welcomed their third child together, Whimsy Lou, two weeks ago. Whimsy joins big sister, Rumble Honey, and big brother, Slim Easy. Lucky also has a daughter, Gravity Blue, from a previous relationship.

Nara announced the new little one's arrival on Instagram with a video captioned, "Our little angel has arrived! Meet Whimsy Lou Smith."
