National Taco Day Deals: Where to Get the Best Discounts

There’s nothing quite like a Taco Tuesday to break up the week and lucky for everyone, today just happens to also be National Taco Day. Whether you love the popular Taco Bell or Baja Fresh, these restaurants are offering up their best deals for the delicious day!

And while National Taco Day is traditionally celebrated on October 4, many restaurants are offering deals on Taco Tuesday, October 1. 

Starting off strong, there are dozens of deals at Taco Bell, where you can get $1 tacos starting at 1 pm ET/10 am PT. Every hour, Taco Bell is dropping another $1 deal, beginning with the simple Crunchy Taco and ending the night with the Soft Taco. 

The hourly drops are as follows: 

• 1 pm ET/10 am PT– Crunchy Taco

• 2 pm ET/11 am PT – Double Stacked Taco

• 3 pm ET/12 pm PT  – Chalupa Supreme

• 4 pm ET/1 pm PT – Nacho Cheese Doritos Locos Taco

• 5 pm ET/2 pm PT – Cantina Chicken Crispy Taco

• 6 pm ET/3 pm PT – Cantina Chicken Soft Taco

• 7 pm ET/4 pm PT– Soft Taco Supreme

• 8 pm ET/5 pm PT – Cheesy Gordita Crunch

• 9 pm ET/6 pm PT – Crunchy Taco Supreme

• 10 pm ET/7 pm PT – Soft Taco

Plus, Taco Bell will be offering special deals on Taco Tuesday all month long. On October 8, five rewards members have a chance to win a VIP visit to the Taco Bell Test Kitchen. On October 15, 500 Rewards Members can win a free taco every Taco Tuesday for a year. On October 22, 50,000 rewards members will be able to pick one of the eight Taco Bell classics for just $1. And on October 29, everyone has the chance to win one of 500 limited edition Taco Bell hoodie and cup bundles.

Baja Fresh

Today through Oct 4, Baja Fresh is offering buy-one-get-one-free tacos to members. Make sure to sign up for a free account or login before placing your order and use the code TACO2024!

Broken Yolk Cafe

This deal applies only to Southern California residents, but on the original National Taco Day date, October 4, customers can get buy-one-get-one half off Baja Breakfast Tacos. 

Bubbakoo Burritos

Today, this chain is offering a $5 digital meal deal, which includes two tacos, with either a soft or a hard shell, with chicken, beef or pork. You can also get a side of chips and salsa. Make sure to order online for this deal!

Del Taco

Del Taco is offering The Del Taco for free, today only. There is a limit of one per guest, and the order must be placed through the app or online. 

Laredo Taco Company

This restaurant is abiding by the original National Taco Day on October 4, but will be offering $2 chicken fajita tacos. Plus, you can get as many as you want!

On the Border Mexican Grill & Cantina

Now through Sunday, get endless chicken tinga or ground beef tacos for $10. If you prefer the brisket or Southwest chicken tacos, you can upgrade for an extra $3. This offer is available for dining-in customers.

Taco John’s

This fast food taco chain is offering a free Beef Stuffed Grilled Taco with any purchase to all members of its Bigger Bolder Rewards program. 

Qdoba

Between October 1 and 3, rewards members can earn double the points on all purchases.
