Natural Light Just Released Hard Seltzers That Taste Like a Beach Day
Natural Light, dubbed Natty Light, is known for its affordable beer, but now it’s getting into the hard-seltzer game with new Natural Light Seltzer beverages.
Beginning on Aug. 12, you can find two hard seltzer flavors from Natural Light on store shelves nationwide. Catalina Lime Mixer features black cherry and lime flavors, and Aloha Beaches combines mango and peach. Both sound like the perfect sips for a beach day, right?
You can get the flavors in 12 packs, 24 packs, and 25-ounce single cans. Each can has 6% ABV, which is nearly 2% more than a typical Natural Light at 4.2%. Just as summer is on its way out, the warm-weather feel is pushing on with tropical seltzers.
“The seltzer category is booming. It’s part of a larger shift in consumption across America and we believe it has tremendous staying power,” Ricardo Marques, vice president of Core and Value Brands at Anheuser-Busch, said in a press release. “We know plenty of Natty Light drinkers are also trying seltzer, so we want to meet that demand by bringing the fun of Natty into that space with an affordable price offering that fits their lifestyle.”
