How To Navigate The Epcot Food And Wine Festival With Hungry Kids
Of all the Disney Parks, Epcot is certainly the one adults without kids are drawn to most-that is, if you're a drinking-around-the-world kind of person. During Epcot's fall Food and Wine Festival, there's even more top-notch food and drinks to try. But like its sister parks, Epcot's still stocked with plenty of activities (and eats) for kids. This year, they upped the ante with even more family-friendly activities, so parents and kids alike can enjoy the festival. Here are some of the coolest new activities at the park, plus top eats on the menu this year.
Take a Candy Sushi Class
Disney chefs are hosting candy sushi workshops where kids can turn gummies, fruit strips, and crisped rice treats into their own delish maki- or nigiri-style roll. You have to reserve a spot, but the class is complimentary thanks to Skittles and Adventures by Disney.
Hit Up The Playground
When your kiddo needs to burn off some energy, take them to Epcot's new playground, right outside the Mouse Gear gift store.
In Germany...
Kids will love the apple strudel with vanilla sauce, as shown by A Night Owl Blog, as well as the pasta gratin with ham, onions and cheese or bratwurst in a pretzel roll.
In Italy...
This cheesy, crunchy Mezzi Rigatoni, plus cannolis, of course!

This stop, located near the Test Track, is sweets heaven. Pick up croissant donuts with chocolate, marshmallows, or sprinkles, or order a pancake milkshake.
