"?????Fly high ?????" he also wrote to Rivera. The former pair were married for four years before finalizing their divorce in 2018. Rivera would die two years later at age 33.

"If you're reading this no matter what you're going through, take a moment of gratitude that you're still here on this ride," Dorsey continued in his Instagram caption. "I know some days are harder than others to get up, but we just gotta keep pushing onward ??."

At the time of Rivera's death, Dorsey penned a heartbreaking message on Instagram in her honor, writing in part, "Life is all about good times and bad times but with Josey it makes the bad a little less so because a part of you will always be with us."

"He'll never forget where he came from," he added. "We miss you. We will always love you. Love you Meep ??????"

The Glee alum suddenly died in July 2020 following a tragic drowning accident. It was reported that Rivera disappeared after renting a boat on Lake Piru in Southern California with Josey, who was found sleeping alone on the boat later the same day. Rivera's body was located five days later, and local law enforcement revealed that she saved her son's life by helping him back onto the boat before she died.
