Who Needs Pumpkin Pie When You Have Pumpkin Tiramisu?

Ingredients Needed:
instant vanilla pudding mix
milk
mascarpone cheese
whipped topping
pumpkin puree
pumpkin spice
already brewed coffee or espresso
lady fingers
cocoa powder, for garnish

How to Make Pumpkin Tiramisu:
Best Pumpkin Tiramisu Recipe
Ingredients
1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
2? cups of milk
8 oz mascarpone cheese
2 cups whipped topping
? cup pumpkin puree
1 tsp pumpkin spice
1 cup already brewed coffee or espresso
1 package lady fingers
Garnish: ? cup cocoa powder to dust
In a bowl, combine pudding mix with milk and set aside for 5 minutes until set.
In another large bowl, mix mascarpone cheese, pumpkin purée and pumpkin spice until smooth.
Combine the pumpkin mixture with set pudding and gently fold in the whipped topping.
In a baking dish, pour in some of the coffee and soak ladyfingers lined on the bottom of the dish. Then add a layer of the pumpkin pudding mixture on top.
Dip the rest of the ladyfingers into a bowl of coffee and do another layer on top of the pumpkin mixture layer.
Layer the rest of the pumpkin mixture on top and dust with cocoa powder.
Enjoy right away or chill ahead of time before serving.
