Night seven of the third season of Next Level Chef found the remaining cooks on Gordon Ramsy, Nyesha Arrington and Richard Blais’s teams headed back to the cradle of civilization – Greece -- for a perfect Greek entrée.

Team Blais had the top-level kitchen as Nicole Renard won last week's pizza challenge with her lambs’ tongue pizza with olives, Brussel sprouts and chilis on spinach dough.

Team Arrington was in the middle level kitchen and Team Ramsay was in the bottom kitchen as last week Chris Tzorin failed the pizza challenge.

Then the nine remaining chefs got cooking for a chance to boil, bake and fry their way into $250,000.

The platform drop for the “It’s All Greek to Me” episode of Next Level Chef  gave the chefs the perfect simple, fresh ingredients to create a Greek entrée.

The winner of the challenge was Gabi Chappel, who made a pork chop marinated in a citrus marinade with okra, potatoes and peppers.

Nyesha said, “Perfect. This dish is vibrant, the pork chop is cooked perfectly and the viscosity from the okra is incredible.”

Richard added, “For as beautiful as it looks, I have to be honest, the flavor is as good.”

Gordon said, “It looks as if it just stepped off the cover of Bon Appetit magazine.”

“I applied to Bon Appetit and I got a big fat rejection, so to hear Gordon Ramsay say this dish belongs on the cover of a magazine, okay,” Gabi shared.

The elimination challenge was another Greek classic, a perfect rack of lamb made in 25 minutes.

For Richard, it was between Zach and Angela. Zach cooked octopus with feta cheese and the feta cheese overwhelmed the octopus, but Angela’s lamb’s neck dish didn’t quite come together either. Zach has the final Immunity Pin of the season, but he didn’t need to use it because Richard chose Angela to head into the elimination challenge.

Nyesha chose Christina to go into eliminations, saying, “You are in your head. I want you out of your head, girl. Get you’re a$$ back to Team Arrington.”

Last week, Nyesha picked Christina as well, but last week Christina used her Immunity Pin to keep her safe. This week, she used her cooking skills, because the vote was unanimous in Christina’s favor, so it was Angela’s last cook in the Next Level Chef kitchen.

“The juju kitchen keeps taking people down,” Angela said of the top-level kitchen, which seems to be cursed, sending home someone almost every week. “But I am leaving very proud of myself. My journey keeps evolving. You’ve got to keep going. You’ve got one life to live so don’t be afraid to try a new journey.”

Next Level Chef airs Thursday nights at 8 p.m. ET/PT on FOX.
