The Niagara Falls City Market, which is run and administered by the local nonprofit Field & Fork Network, is committed to ensuring all residents can enjoy the market and are pleased to accept SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) benefits and participate in Double Up Food Bucks NY and the Farmers Market Nutrition Program. These initiatives help to ensure that fresh, local produce is within reach for everyone in the community. Through the Double Up Food Bucks NY program, SNAP customers can receive matching funds, up to $20 per day, to purchase fresh fruits and vegetables. Double Up Food Bucks is available June 15 through Oct. 31.

Field & Fork Network, a nonprofit focused on strengthening New York’s food system, also announced a brand-new logo that represents the “vibrant and evolving spirit of the community market.” The redesigned logo is a product of collaboration and community feedback, capturing the essence of Niagara Falls and the aspirations for the market’s future. Created by White Bicycle, an award-winning Buffalo-based design firm, the logo reflects the rich history and natural beauty of the region. The process of designing the logo was inclusive, with input from city officials, vendors, and customers to ensure it resonated with everyone involved.

Field & Fork Network has worked over the last three years to revitalize the market — bringing in new vendors, engaging community events, increasing safety measures and funding to improve both the customer and vendor experience. This year we are excited to build on that momentum with an exciting line up of vendors and events.

The Niagara Falls City Market welcomes new and returning vendors, including:

? Senek Farms

? Zastrow Farm

? Canfield Farm

? Springbrook Distillery

? Miller Farm

? Hana Mushroom

? Moxes Boxes

These vendors bring a diverse range of products, from fresh produce and artisanal goods to local spirits and unique crafts.

Other upcoming events include:

? Evening Markets: From 3 to 7 p.m. on Aug. 14, Sept. 11 and Oct. 9, Wil feature live music and food trucks.

Established in 1913, the Niagara Falls City Market has provided a space for local vendors and community members to connect. With a commitment to supporting local agriculture and fostering community spirit, the market continues to evolve and grow, always looking towards the future while honoring its storied past.
