Amazon's No. 1 best-selling rubber gloves are back in stock: 'For shopping and sanitizing in today’s world'

These days, we have a new checklist before we run out the door. What was once the standard ‘phone, keys, wallet’ check has now become ‘phone, keys, wallet, mask, hand sanitizer, gloves.’ The last item on the list has been rather hard to come by these days, as Amazon’s No. 1 best-selling Nitrile gloves (the gold standard in hand protection) were sold out — until now.
Luckily, Amazon just restocked the Klex Nitrile Exam Gloves—$22 for 100, that’s 22 cents a pop—so we can all have a strong, medical-grade layer between our hands and any potentially contaminated surfaces. For those taking public transportation, going to the grocery store or doing otherwise tactile activities in the age of coronavirus, these are a must. Wearing gloves also keeps you from touching your face and potentially spreading the virus to your eyes, nose or mouth.
Available in small, medium and extra large, the elastic rubber gloves are powder-free to minimize the risk of contamination or infection. They are food safe, latex-free and comfortably form to your hands (no annoying baggy situation here). They also “meet and exceed ASTM and FDA standards for quality and performance,” according to Klex.
The gloves have a near-perfect 4.6-star rating, too. Reviewers say they’re durable without being too thick. “Flexible and sturdy,” writes a happy shopper. “I find I can use them for light garden work as well as shopping during the Covid-19 era. Like them much better than latex.”
Another agrees, writing, “they hold up nicely even with my pointy nails.”
The gloves fit like gloves should: “I use these for food in a coffee shop. They fit perfectly and don't slip like the ones that are purchased by the company,” says a five-star reviewer.
“They are sturdy enough for cleaning and/or shopping and sanitizing things in today’s world. Actually, I was surprised to find these available and at a great price,” says a reviewer. “I am really happy with these gloves and would definitely buy again. Plus, I love the color. A purplish blue is a nice change from the clear ones I have been using. The fit is also perfect.”
