The “Black-ish” star has been slaying red carpets throughout the award season, and she definitely works hard for it.
How she stays in shape in three words: Tracy Anderson Method. Tracy Anderson is a celebrity trainer who created her own full-body workout that you may have heard about from other stars, such as Gwyneth Paltrow, Ashlee Simpson, and Jennifer Lopez. Ross swears by the workout, too.
The 45-year-old actress shares her workouts on social media, and while we love her inspiring fitness moments, we can’t help but appreciate her workout swag. She even coined her own phrase #RedLipFit. Ross told People, “I do the Tracy Anderson Method, so there’s a lot of mirror work involved. When I see my red lips reflecting back at me, I’m like, ‘Yeah, girl, that’s right!'” We love how Ross is the perfect combination of sexy and strong while working out.
And when it comes to eating, the Golden Globe winner doesn’t feel the need to deprive herself because she hits the gym at least three times per week. She is even quoted on Tracy Anderson’s website, saying, “I am a big eater. I’m not a starve-yourself girl. I do eat, but I try to eat well. I love sugar, but when I’m working, sugar isn’t great.”
